We recommend measuring your cat before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles. When in doubt, size up — cats generally prefer a little room to move. What if the item does not fit my cat?

No problem! If the item does not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached. Contact us at contact@kittentiaga.com to get started.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! KITTENTIAGA ships worldwide, including to customers in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and have tags still attached. To start a return, email us at contact@kittentiaga.com with your order number and reason for return.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the credit in your account.

How do I care for KITTENTIAGA products?

Most of our items are best hand washed in cool water with a mild detergent, then laid flat to dry. Always check the care label on each garment before washing. Avoid tumble drying or ironing directly on embellishments, prints, or decorative details to keep your cat's wardrobe looking its absolute best.
