What if the item does not fit my cat?

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the credit in your account.

How do I care for KITTENTIAGA products?
Most of our items are best hand washed in cool water with a mild detergent, then laid flat to dry. Always check the care label on each garment before washing. Avoid tumble drying or ironing directly on embellishments, prints, or decorative details to keep your cat's wardrobe looking its absolute best.
