Return and Refund Policy

At KITTENTIAGA, your satisfaction — and your cat's comfort — is our top priority. If something is not quite right with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn and unused
In original packaging
Tags still attached
Free from pet hair, odours, or signs of wear

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@kittentiaga.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item back using a trackable method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@kittentiaga.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@kittentiaga.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
