Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on your country and local postal service efficiency.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including to customers across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. International shipping is available on all orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

How We Fulfil Orders

To ensure the best product availability and quality, KITTENTIAGA fulfils orders through a network of warehouse partners across different regions. This allows us to offer a wider selection and faster access to our products for customers around the world.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel through the carrier website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Lost or Damaged Parcels
